Refund Policy
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will redesign it. If customer is not satisfied with the design, Chitich will make the changes untill the Customer is satisfied. No Refunds or Credit.
Sales Return Policy
Under certain circumstances, Chitich will replace or allow product to be returned for replacement. Chitich has NO REFUND policy except customer pay mistakenly.
